Return & Exchange Policy – Salt & Soil
At Salt & Soil, we put love and care into every T-shirt. While we maintain strict quality checks, rare issues can happen during production or delivery. To ensure fairness, we accept returns or exchanges only in specific cases.
✅ When You Can Return or Exchange
1. Damaged or Defective Items
- If your T-shirt arrives torn, defective, or damaged in transit, you may request a return or exchange.
- An unboxing video is strongly recommended as proof to speed up resolution.
2. Size Chart Mismatch
- If the delivered product measurements do not match our official size chart, you are eligible for an exchange.
- Customers must share photos of the garment laid flat with a measuring tape to confirm the mismatch.
- We recommend contacting us immediately after trying the product, so we can act quickly.
❌ When Returns Are Not Accepted
- Change of mind, color preference, or fit/style preference.
- Products showing signs of use, washing, stains, perfumes, or tampering.
- Requests made after 7 days of delivery.
🔄 How the Process Works
- Raise a Request
- Email us at nivora.saltandsoil@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery with your order ID and proof (photos/videos/measurements).
- Verification
- Our team will review your request.
- If approved, we’ll arrange a reverse pickup (where available) or provide our return address.
- Inspection & Resolution
- Once the item is received and passes quality check:
- A replacement will be shipped (if in stock), or
- A refund/store credit will be issued.

⏱ Timelines
- Refunds/exchanges are processed within 5–7 business days after the returned item is received and approved.
ℹ️ Important Notes
- Customers must raise all return/exchange issues within 7 days of delivery.
- Multiple items from the same order may be returned/exchanged if they meet the eligibility rules.
- Proof (photos, unboxing video, or measurement evidence) is required for every return/exchange request.
- If reverse pickup is not available in your pin code, we may request self-shipping, and we will reimburse reasonable courier charges.
